Russia uses veto to block MH17 tribunal - Al Jazeera English

Ukraine and Poroshenko were FOR UN tribinal, the only country against was Russia, which given their veto meant that decision can't go ahead (for now). I guess they did not tell you that on RT.com?

North Korea got nukes and very prosperous (thanks to USA) South Korea next to it within range of 10k+ artillery units from NK- they will be dealt with last.
Russia has said setting up a tribunal before investigations are complete would risk further politicising the incident. Putin also regretted that Russia's own draft resolution, which demands justice for the victims but does not establish a tribunal, did not win the UN Security Council's backing.
Fast tracking the verdict before looking at the evidence - and ignoring the evidence that doesn't support the desired conclusion. There is evidence that the plane was shot down by another plane, bullet holes and trajectories etc.

N Korea 'will be dealt with last' - how do you know that?

The British Right just take the money and sell the country to them instead:

Great, so why Russia VETOED UN based tribunal then?

        It's not them right?

Oh actually, that VETO is admission that it was them who shot the plane down, no other motivation here.

I've given you one real example how international law is neutered by a terrorist country that supports or supported in the past scumbags like Assad, Hussei, Gaddafi, Hitler etc.

          You forgot Bush and Blair

Russia vetoed this resolution because it was:

drafted by Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Ukraine.
In his statement following the vote, Churkin accused other countries of politicising the vote, and accused Ukraine of blocking Moscow from being involved in the investigation.
This is a very one sided investigation/resolution

Putin also regretted that Russia's own draft resolution, which demands justice for the victims but does not establish a tribunal, did not win the UN Security Council's backing.

So both sides draft their own versions to the UN and both sides get them vetoed..

There's still no conclusive proof of either side's story

We can always rely for the Telegraph for a balanced view on the Labour party.

Seems to me, as a right winger, that the article is associating compassion with lack of patriotism.

I noticed that Cameron is not ruling out further attacks against British ISIS members over there although what happens if the drone strike also happens to knock-off a couple of, lets say, Russian ISIS members (of which there are quite a few) or another country. How will he explain that one away as they might not be too happy (IMHO, he can knock-off as many as he likes.)

Did you read it? There was nothing one sided, it basically wanted to setup UN tribunal like it happened before and demanded that all countries would cooperate regardless of whether the perpetrators are janitors or heads of state.

Naturally that was unacceptable to Russia, they felt that the justice would be too "one sided"

Come to think of it Nazies were mugged - they should have just vetoed Nurnberg Tribunal!

Russian (Chechen most likely) ISIS members won't be getting easy entry to UK, or have any money for it, where as British ISIS members got the right to get back to UK and have a nice human rights lawyer funded by the state.
