Why should we send any message to the US? They only like the UK for giving inside information on Europe. We get treated like dirt. -
Does Suity really need a drone attack?Originally posted by MicrosoftBob View PostYou have a point if the government really cared about security they'd be flying reaper drones over Luton, and taking out the bad guys whilst they're still at the Four Lions stage

No leave the Suity be, or better still send him to join ISIS as a project managerOriginally posted by BrilloPad View PostDoes Suity really need a drone attack?
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment

I know you are joking but the serious point here is that at least we can send in police to question suspects something we cannot do in Syria. I do not know what planet people live on but why should the scope of defence simply sit within sovereign borders. These people think we should play only by our rules (it's illegalOriginally posted by MicrosoftBob View PostYou have a point if the government really cared about security they'd be flying reaper drones over Luton, and taking out the bad guys whilst they're still at the Four Lions stage
) yet the terrorists are not playing by any rules. They are pulling strings, plotting activities across borders with impunity using something called the internet.
They are infact cheating by typing into google using foreign country codes (how dare they?).
Ultimately it comes down to trust. It is quite right to ask questions and hold leaders to account. To be fair to Cameron he is showing leadership in the face of the what happened with his predecessor - which to me takes some courage.Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyoneComment

It appears that they've made their choice and should not have been surprised by what happened.Originally posted by Waldorf View PostFully support the action of the Prime Minister and cannot believe the criticism that he is now receiving. The first duty of a Prime Minister is to protect the people, and if it is not possible to do this through the courts then using a drone to take them out is perfectly acceptable.Comment

It's perfectly legal for UK armed police to shoot dangerous person with a gun walking on a street, same thing happened here only in foreign country.Originally posted by VectraMan View PostHow can it be okay for the UK government to execute someone without trial and because of what the they think someone might be planning to do?Comment
