Therefore, its great that women can get their own carriages where they can be safe and secure and have some exclusivity. Its about empowering women and enabling them to match the men without fear of a targetted attack.
You'd better pray he doesn't endorse the idea of putting in jail those who can't use apostrophe correctly

Corybn is not going to "Get In". He might win the Labour leadership. But he is not going to win the country.

It is not going to happen. He is a dyed in the wool socialist. Who is pro-immigration. Pro-benefits. Pro-redistribution of wealth and Anti-American.

Whatever you think about those positions. I do not believe that the vast majority of the population hold them. Milliband was judged too left wing. This guy is off the scale.

Vote Corbyn. Get 10 years of Conservatives.

That's the best part really, a win-win if there ever was one - bonus is that he'll deselect some scummy Liebor MPs and help put Bliar on fair but quick trial in Hague, followed by execution shown on pay per view channels all around the world.

        Lovely!

Indeed. Seems he hasn't actually proposed the idea at all

          Corbyn said:
“Some women have raised with me that a solution to the rise in assault and harassment on public transport could be to introduce women only carriages.
“My intention would be to make public transport safer for everyone from the train platform, to the bus stop to on the mode of transport itself. However, I would consult with women and open it up to hear their views on whether women-only carriages would be welcome - and also if piloting this at times and modes of transport where harassment is reported most frequently would be of interest.”
so, some misreporting going on. Interesting to contrast the reaction ('outrage' followed by 'backlash') to a left wing Labour leadership candidate and a Tory Transport Minister making the same kind of noises.

As for equality, yes, women should have the same right as men to make a public transport journey without being harrassed. Any measure that might help achieve this should be explored.

BTW the mullahs in Japan,India,Egypt,Iran,Brazil,Mexico,Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia have all imposed 'segregation' on their respective caliphates.
My subconscious is annoying. It's got a mind of its own.

Corbyn can get in. That is the point. His policies appeal to the "majority" who will vote for him. Corbyn is a mammoth juggernaut that is gaining so much traction that I wont be surprised if there is a snap elections in two years time when the population would want him installed as PM. He is the only hope for millions in this country to have a better life.
Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !

Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Come an election you just know this will be repeated through the media

Tomorrow evening it will my pleasure and my honour to host an event in Parliament where our friends from Hesbollah will be speaking. I’ve also invited friends from Hamas to come and speak as well...

                      No he doesn't.

He really, really appeals to a small vocal left. The out of favour socialists and Marxists. The unemployed and the feckless. People who have been ignored for years but there aren't enough of them to get him into power.

The biggest concern to the UK population at the moment ( cited in poll, after poll for the last 5 years ) is immigration. He's pro.

The general population actually wants to squeeze benefits. He is pro-redistribution. Which is short hand for saying "Take money from people who work and give it to people who don't".

When asked people will say "I am in favour of equality". Who wouldn't? But when equality actually means taking the hard-earned money from those who get more than £30k a year and giving it to those who don't they change their tune.

People say one thing, and vote another. Ask Ed if you don't believe me.

I am concerned that he might win the Labour leadership. Not because I have any concerns about him getting into No. 10. But because he is not going to be able to run an effective opposition.

He might manage to hold onto some Labour heartlands .... but that doesn't count because he has to be able to appeal to voters in the Tory dominated country.
