More like he sends the agent the details, adding "Don't put it up for two weeks though, as I'm going on holiday. I'm only sending it to you now so you can move ahead with it straight away once I'm back." Could possibly be a good agency, manager asks for them to put the spec up, get the CVs in and over the next couple of weeks for the agency to sort out the wheat from the chaff and only send him those who are suit(y)able
