      No doubt rates will go down if you can't speak the English language and live in the UK. Sure there is demand for skills but you need to be able to communicate.

      I'm on the top end of rates for my skill set in my region, not complaining right now but we will be once this contract finishes and I'm having to take a pay cut. #Misserable.

        I can't see it myself. The rates for my new skillset (3 years work to get here mind) are very reasonable... Still not equal to 1999 though...

            Rates are relative. Currently on the most I've been on but there's always the risk of a rate cut, it goes with the territory.

            I've found rates steady and I don't expect them to change for a while despite what's coming for us in April.
