Looks like a great opportunity for someone based in or around Belfast, and very close to some nice coastline, going by Google Maps.

The only thing that woiuld worry me about buying an ex-nuclear bunker is the thought that if SHTF in earnest, which it might do given the Syria situation, then the Government would doubtless requisition them all back and turf you out!

It's just round the back of the Michelin plant and close to the rugby ground.
Nice hills round there for walking.
The first guys in the UK to create crop circles grew up near there, as did Jimmy Nesbitt and Liam Neeson.
And some of the best poteen is made about 5 miles from the bunker, too.
