It's a public place that you have to choose to enter, fully aware that there is a fetishists fair going on. Children are allowed, because it's up to the parents to determine whether it's appropriate to take them to a fetishists fair or not.

Actually, it is hard to find anything recent that supports your posts. There is a Christian News "article" from 2005. There are some blog posts from 2011. There are two links from Wikipedia that go to things that people wrote in 2011.

But there's not much else.

Not quite sure how this is relevant to London Pride (or any other gay Pride event in the world) though.

If every gay person in San Francisco turned up at the leather fetishists fair, then that would account for under a quarter of the attendees. Not sure what percentage of the gay population of San Fran attend a leather fetishists fair, but I'm going to suggest that it's significantly less than 100%. But I'm sure you're right about them being over-represented.
