As someone said mention it to your neighbour and tell him you hope it does not happen to him make out you are upset also.

Set up a camera to look at your car as the above may make him think it is getting to you.

Then once you have firm evidence bounce the fu<kers head off the pavement till he is on liquids for a few months.

You could of course, just make up a couple of flyers and drop them in the neighbours door 'asking' if anyone saw anything.
