What is the cornerstone of Law?
The whole thrust of the law, dating back to Magna Carta is that the Law applies to all people equally.
The judges are using immigration/immigrants as a tool to undo statute. FGM is already effectively legal whilst children are removed from their parents for smoking or voting UKIP.
Don't be suckered by this ploy, its a power-grab.Comment

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment

It's pretty simple for me.
Does your culture and what it expects you to do contravene English law
a) No fine - do what you want
b) Yes fine feck off to a country where it is legal
If you stay and do B it is illegal and judges should jusge it based on the laws of the land not on anything else.Comment
