How kind of you to ask.

According to an email I was CC'd in yesterday I am apparently working, though you'd think someone might have mentioned it/checked my availability.

Otherwise one of the litter comes home tonight. She'll be exhausted, tearful and tetchy. A second member of the litter arrives home on Sunday and is also likely to be exhausted, tearful and tetchy.

I'm going to paint some stuff in the garden, whether it needs doing or not.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

When I made the original post I had planned a relaxing weekend doing sweet FA with the kids, maybe a trip out somewhere if the weather is nice, pictures one day.

Now it turns out I need to get ready for starting a gig in the arse end of nowhere on Tuesday!

Saturday will be a bit of gardening depending on the weather.

Sunday/Monday is the annual golf weekend away, this year up near Aberdeen. 32 of us going this year so it's a good chance to network over a few late night malts.

                  TMFA

Tonight taking the in laws to the airport, they are off for 3rd or 4th holiday of the year!
Tomorrow am helping a mate remove a tree at a friends house.
Tomorrow PM - removing my trees and lots of soil kids will of course get in the way making it a family thing.
Sunday - cabling & plumbing indoors
Monday - SFA (if I'm allowed) with family fire up the BBQ!

could you not do sfa on Monday and bill for it. Isn't that the essence of wfh... You do an hours work and achieve twice as much as a typical day in the office...
