The same way they'd know if you refused. Someone who describes themselves as a campaigner would purposefully make you do it so they could post how shocked and surprised they were that you didn't refuse

can the bakery countersue the 'cake requestors' for asking them to make, under duress, a cake using an unlicensed image of 'Bert and Ernie'.

...and for casting aspersions upon Bert and Ernies sexuality.

Religion is a red-herring here. This has nothing to do with religion. It's about the state (or people) deciding that the individual does not own themselves - and that the individual's self-agency is subject to the whim of the collective.

Weak minded people like this because it allows them to prey on the strong behind a curtain of perverted moral piety.

Nope but I did have a Fairy Cake for tea although it was a little tart for my tastes

                      Has this one been done?

Southend gay man wins damages over homophobic gestures

When Tim left the shop, the man serving him - Peter Edwards - blew a sarcastic kiss at him.
When I heard the story on the radio, it definitely said he also did a "Teapot" stance, winked at him and did a limp wrist gesture too.
