I don't think another channel will take them on to do a car show.

BBC will always put out a Top Gear and the show will have a far higher budget and better selling on potential. Any competing show would get trounced.

Nice tweets. You do realise that was a fake account which got shut down by Twitter?

Will all the thousands of cockwombles who signed the petition get their money back?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Isn't BBC notoriously bad when it comes to budget, compared with commercial channels? TG might be an exception.

In the UK, I think people won't like it without the 'real' presenters. Outside the UK, where they have a huge audience, probably it won't matter as much.

The Daily Mail and Rupert Murdoch have been saying so for years.

            So, no; no, it isn't.

BBC Radios 1,2,3,4 and so on can be enjoyed for free. BBC TV costs you 40p / day.

There was no ban, there was no motion to ban, those were embellishments, I guess 'Student sends foolish tweet' isn't such a great headline ....

... Mind you, I see 'Racist Bully Loses Job' is doing well ...

Looks like the Police may be getting involved as well now. Investigating an alleged Assault.

Quick off the mark, I wonder what tipped them off.
