Frigg have the Conservatives confused everyone up or what! Everyone knows we are being screwed by the OAPs. Osborne is chipping pennies away from every poor bugger to hand pounds to the rich OAP.McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

Sod it, I think I'll emigrate to Spain and claim benefits there. Luckily there's a website to explain how to do it.

That's a heck of a rise. So, at under £150 / month Child Benefit for a family with 2 kids, they'd have to claim for something like 3 years just to break even on the application fees?Originally posted by stek View PostAnd in other news ILR (i.e. permanent residence) has now gone up to £1500 and Citizenship to £1000......
Of course if you have a qualifying child (i.e. you've had a kid with a Brit/ILR holder for visa purposes) you can it all for free, albeit a ten year path.....Last edited by pjclarke; 24 March 2015, 16:27.My subconscious is annoying. It's got a mind of its own.Comment
