Was it Tommy Cooper that used to stuff a tea bag into taxi drivers etc top pocket and say 'Here, have a drink on me...'

Plus, I feel takeaways are too expensive these days. Ordering a curry costs as much as going to a restaurant, or more!
Compared to your day rate ... ?!

Always remember going to Disney years ago. Walking around Pleasure Island and they had stalls selling beer. If I remember it was $3 for a beer (shows how long ago it was).
Guy was there flipping the lids off probably doing 1 a minute minimum.

Gave him $5 note. He was well cheesed off when I stuck out for hand for the change! Most people just let him keep it.
Bollox was I pay some fella probably $100+ per hour for flipping a lid off the bottle.

Service in a restaurant fair enough but this was nuts.
              Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!

That's only if you ask for the special sauce
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

So what? I doubt they spent years at university and worked hard to become highly skilled.
£12+/hr for driving about is pretty high.

How do you know what they do unless it's your side job?
