The biggest perpetrator of CSE was saville, it's an issue for all and using it as an excuse to increase islamaphobia isn't going to help anybody.

But that is just utter bollox. He wasn't the biggest perpetrator at all. He was the most high profile and news worthy (unfortunately) but have you compared the numbers of lives these two groups have affected.

There is clearly a cultural issue here that needs understanding and addressing. Targeting the biggest group of evidenced offenders seems a pretty good start to me.

How about pointing to CSE being a national issue which all must deal with rather than turning this into yet another anti-Muslim rant? I live in an area with a fair amount of educated and progressive Muslims. They feel victimised, marginalised and face regular physical and verbal abuse.

I wonder how many of them think the Charlie Hebdo killings are a disgrace? And that in the UK there must be freedom of expression - even if it insults religion(whichever one it maybe).

We have singular common factor that has appeared out of all these. Not all are Pakistani, so that's out. What else is there? They were all Muslims, and they were all men.

Is that a good place to start understanding the problem?

No one says they are going to act against everyone, just look in to the cultural issues as to why these common factors are an issue.
