Being thick or behaving as if you are thick is open house for eliciting insults. People who are thick are born thick. Being a "thicko" is not a lifestyle choice just as being female, handicapped or skin colour are what you are born with. We cannot any longer insult or discriminate against these people yet thickos are fair game for every discriminatory prejudiced individual to have a go at.

Exactly thickism is a scourge of modern society and must be stamped out.

Luckily enlightened TV producers have put in place a positive-discrimination policy and have ensured that there are plenty of thicko's on our screens.
