It's a bit like asking, how would contraception change anything? Just because I get fooked by Westminster doesn't mean I want to have their babies.

How do you get 'fooked by Westminster' when you don't even live in the UK ?
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

If anything it's the Scottish government to blame. All the cash gets plowed into central belt and Aberdeen gets left in the dust. Aberdeen receives the lowest government funding of any city in Scotland.

              Hahaha minestrone sockie !!!

Aberdeen is in the doldrums because of the Labour-led council picking fights with the Scottish government and not spending money where the people of Aberdeen want it spent.

7 councillors are in trouble for sending out No propaganda with the council tax bills.

Bid for talks at Aberdeen City Council over Marischal Square scheme | Scotland | News

In January, council finance boss Willie Young told STV Aberdeen abandoning the project would force the city to “repay the developers over £100m in cancellation fees”.

However, it later emerged the sum referred to by the Labour councillor was actually potential profit which would be lost if the Marischal Square development was scrapped - not a cancellation penalty.

BBC News - Aberdeen councillors 'warned over referendum letter'

Aberdeen City Council's senior legal advisor warned councillors they could be breaking the law by sending a letter supporting an independence referendum "No" vote, an inquiry has heard.

If I had been the Tories I would have cancelled this. With the demise of the Oil Industry the only thing it will be good for is running the unemployed to the dole offices (by bus of course) Construction starts on UK’s largest road scheme Ι Construction Enquirer

It's a bypass. There are no dole offices en route. HTH
