Was invited (well someone told me at the last minute that contractors were also invited) to the department's drinkies today but couldn't be arsed. Tomorrow Frau D. will be popping up and we'll first hit a rather nice Christmas market (actually there are 5 of them) in town: Stadt Mnster: Weihnachtsmarkt - Startseite and then its off to see legendary English punk band The Boys.
Saturday will be a drive down to Düsseldorf and will visit the Weihnachtsmarkt there followed by a big party evening with, once again, The Boys (their ex-drummer is an old friend, alsoe drummed for Dr. and the Medics and is now the drummer for Die Toten Hosen) with support from Sham 69, Demented Are Go and a couple of German bands which should be jolly. Sunday will be back home relaxing and getting ready for my last week on this contract.
