The Scottish Government of the day will decide the question on the ballot paper with the agreement of the electoral commission, just as it was in September.

Anyways, Salmond was spouting pish about making 100 quid a barrel on oil. It is going to hit 60 dollars soon and 1/4 of north sea oil will be shut down.

Sturgeon was spouting pish about needing independence to protect NHS spending and since the referendum has made a commitment to raise its spending over the next 5 years.
