Does that mean you can use it only for sport day-passes, do they count for activation purposes?

I use the Now app on our PS3 which is basically our main TV box as we mainly watch Netflix & Amazon Video.

Would having the box be to any advantage in this use-case... or a bit pointless?

My (limited) understanding is that since you're logging in with a SKY account to use it, you can't therefore use it for other PPV suppliers e.g. Amazon/Lovefilm.

I went for Blinkbox (Tesco). You can dl and stream up to 5 clients. Gets all the latest seasons like Homeland, Game of Thrones etc.

They may find a buyer though, it'd be a shame if they didn't as they've just added chromecast support.
