Tonight and tomorrow, not much at all.

Sunday I will be competing in my first competitive time trial on the bike. Fully expect to come last, but you have to start somewhere
    Didn't come last.

2 Up TT, 11.3 miles. 30:32. We came 1st out of the "non-Aero" entries (no silly helmets, disc wheels or TT bars) over a minute clear of the next team. Could have gone faster but my team mate blew up about 4 miles from home and I had to tow him in.

So you mainnained a speed of over 22 mph for 30 minutes?

That's prrrriddy quick! Was it downhill?

It's more likely than any of the made up bollocks you post and at least there's no feckwitted typing affectation.

Mostly flat course. Impressive is the pair that won, who did it in a bit over 25 minutes.

Sorry mate. Brucey is staying where he is.

Talking of Bruceys - today Bruce Dickinson off of Iron Maiden flew over Moorfield Towers in a triplane.

No I am not making this up.
