Parkrun this morning. In a fortuitous alignment of events, the Tour of Britain went right past our park, so stayed to watch the cyclists whizz past.
This arvo, a bit of housework and food shopping.
Tomorrow I've volunteered to help out at a charidee run. They've put me on 'refreshments'. Oh joy.
Then cooking Sunday dinner for mother.Comment

Today a Vulcan bomber flew right over Moorfield Towers.
Then I watched H from Steps in a yellow leotard shoot 40/40 on Tumble dancing to Bonnie Tyler.
Life does not get better than this.
