There is a contingency plan to ship you and the other little Englanders off to St Kilda with the Cybernats. You can create your own Utopia and Dodgy will be your King.

The rest of us will have to soldier on as best we can.

They are hacking off a lot of the electorate who wouldn't dream of voting for Alex Salmond. There are groups such as Labour for Independence, Women for Independence, The Greens, Scots Asians for Independence, Radical socialists for Independence, etc., etc., etc.

The Westminster system is broken and the only way we can see to get back on track is to go independent. Scotland is full of natural resources, not least of which is the people of Scotland. We know the rUK will hope to see us crash and burn but we have a stubborn streak that will ensure we will do everything in our power to prove you wrong.
I'd agree with that Westminster is broken but I don't think many people in England would actually like to see an independent Scotland crash and burn. Why would we?

Not that many people in England would actually be really bothered. Which tells its own story...

Whoa there, one advantage of independence will be the removal of the nuclear facility at Faslane now you want to dump even more toxic materials north of the border

Yes, I noticed the poll was taken over a number of days compared to others. I don't know why that should be significant but would indicate that over the longer term views remain the same as they've always done.

Look on the bright side. Scotland is still going to get a truck load of power with the English tax payer coughing up for it. Win win.

Its like a wobble in a marriage. The responsible partner tries hard. very hard to keep the love alive.
Then they try to keep the marriage alive.
When that fails they try to keep the relationship alive for companionship values.

Eventually, they will realise that a permenant seperation is the only way. When that happens, it wont come from north of the border

The Survation poll was done before today's visit of the 3 amigos. We also have Nigel to visit Glasgow on Saturday and the Orange Order parade in support of the union in Edinburgh. That should swing it

Out of interest, who's paying for this referendum?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

                      aye there's the rub.

Scotland independent. English taxpayer picks up the bill for removing UK assets.
