Scotland can and will use the £, either in a formal currency union or out of one. I have no idea how it will work out. I'm happy to take the risk.

This has NOTHING to do with being anti English. I have English friends, they come up Scotland and everything, I go out for beers with them and openly introduce them to other savages as 'my friends from England'.

I don't think that believing that Cameron is a c**t and so is Milliband is anti English is it ??

Alistair darling is leading the Better Together campaign and he is a c**t, and he's not English.

As I said, I don't expect you to get it, not because you're English, but because you're a fucking idiot.

They were turn on each other when they don't have the English to turn on.

Anyway can we give them their Royal Family back?

The Stuarts came from Scotland as Elizabeth 1 of England didn't have any children, and we are stuck with their Protestant descendants.

That doesn't sound like a dead cert to me.

So Plan B seems to be Panama. Which has a good likelihood of being incompatible with EU membership.

So Plan C is the Scots Pound, which is the obvious and sensible plan. So we should ask why this isn't being proposed as Plan A. Is it because the public is spooked at having their savings, mortgages and pensions redenominated?

There is nothing wrong with Plan C, but Salmond should respect the voters enough to say it is the most likely outcome.

And your views on the Panama option and EU membership?

Agreed to plan B. Not sure I agree with Plan C.

So, as I asked earlier, can you tell me why you don't think a mutually acceptable currency union will happen ?

What happens if islands vote no, which looks like being the case; given their grievances against the SNP are pretty much the same as the SNP's against Westminster?

Could we see a referendum after the referendum for secession back to the UK?

It's a house of cards, all it takes is one of the guesses on business, immigration, economy, currency or EU membership to fail and the whole thing falls over.

                    As I said already, I don't know :-)

The EU is not currently known for applying rules in a consistent manner.

There's a lot needs to be thrashed out before we get to that.

We'd need a Yes vote and a post Yes vote confirmation from Westminster that currency union is off the table.

The current Royal family are not descended from the Stuarts.
