Never had a successful delivery from them. Their crowning glory for me was "losing" an electric piano.

I complained to the vendor and they sent another one through a different courier. To the best of my knowledge the original was never found.

      Liverpool?

I was discussing a permie role with an agent when they were HDN based in Warrington which would have been OK for me to get to, but I dropped out when they were relocating. Sounded OK apart from being involved with the weirdo Barclay brothers.

They provide a handy service for the mafia. When they need to get rid of a body, they just parcel it up and ask Yodel to deliver it somewhere.

        It's never seen again.

Given their aim of 100% customer dissatisfaction isn't there a slight risk that they would screw up and directly delivery the "parcel" to the local murder squad

I actually get deliveries from them.

I have a couple of neighbours who are nearly always in so all couriers apart from DPD ones automatically will deliver my stuff to them.

I did get a Yodel driver who pretended to do a delivery on Christmas Eve. On the website it stated it was delivered. Since someone was in all day and the neighbours were in all day I knew the driver was lying. I complained to Amazon so then he had to deliver it on Boxing day.

Yes Albert Dock. I knew a guy who was in the Finance Dept and the stories he had about the delivery drivers, funny but at the same time shocking.

He had a negative bluety on a quackhandle and was quadraspazzed on a lifeglug.

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

Did you ever receive an electric piano by any chance?

I find Royal Mail (not Parcelforce, mind) to be the worst, followed by CityLink - Yodel has been ok in my experience and DPD excellent.

As far as I can make out that card says "by Grift Rufey".

Sounds like a local hobo asleep on a nearby park bench, and Yodel left the parcel next to him, assuming he'd look after it until you returned.

They were shocking as myhdnl and even worse now. I had one parcel show on the website tracking as "undelivered no answer"....at 11am mid week, to a site with 2000 people there, with dedicated goods-in department signposted from main road. No idea where they even allegedly left the card as every building on site would have been manned.

ebuyer were using them for a while, hopefully they stopped now.
