Public Sector and jokes ? are you sure.
When I did worked in the Council there was a guy sacked on the spot and frog marched off the premises because a girl took offence to his rude manner.
He apparently showed a rude pic to her?
From what I heard it was him gardening with his builders bum showing... thats all
