Why are jokes bad? It's obvious they are jokes. Comedy should be able to cross all boundaries and have no censorship. Maybe for this guy making jokes about rape prevents him from actually raping someone.

Why wouldn't/didn't you challenge him on it first? A "that's going too far" might be all that's needed rather than tattling without any warning first.

When I did worked in the Council there was a guy sacked on the spot and frog marched off the premises because a girl took offence to his rude manner.
He apparently showed a rude pic to her?
From what I heard it was him gardening with his builders bum showing... thats all
