Agent asks if I have anything on the table. Of course I day no, and of course my CV gets paraded – she has two interviews lined up for me in the same day.
This morning I told her about my offer and acceptance.
While she appreciates I called her, she feels betrayed I told her nothing else on the go and worried about egg on her face with two firms.
She will learn bless her – she even invited me over for a coffee…… She is half my age.

Why say no when asked if yyou have anything else on? I tend to say yes, but explain I'd rather not mention a client by name if asked. That way I don't come off looking like a lying twat. Like you.
