          I used a couple of agencies and found that they had a pretty high turnover of staff, so there was no consistency of having the same person every week and a lot of the people on their books were pretty crap as they were just doing the job till they found something else.

          One agency despite me saying we had cats, managed to send someone around who was allergic!
