Yes they use a defence shield to protect their civilians but they also don't mind massacring children, bombing hospitals, destroying people's homes and lives, treating others like animals instead of humans. Killing kids with missiles to avoid using soldiers to do what they are paid to do and what they signed up for (yes, I do understand conscription) is reprehensible. If the Israelis know where the rockets are they should deal with it less indiscriminately. They have the ability.

They fire warning shots and advise civilians to move prior to attack.
