    £400 per hour???

    Hi all,

I just received the contract from my agency. They put my day rate in the hourly rate i.e. they said in the contract:
Contract fee payable: £400 per hour (this is not my exact agreed daily rate but for the purpose of this, I am showing you what the contract states).

Do I just sign and send it back? And then bill them for say £400 x 7 hours per day?
or do I point it out to them?

If I don't point it out to them, I am legally able to bill them for the £400/hour?

    THanks very much

Sign it, accept it, bill it and fill your boots.

Edit - for absolute clarity, that was sarcasm. Don't be a noddy.

For argument's sake, where do you legally stand if you sign a contract with an obvious mistake in it which benefits one party, who then chooses to try and enforce that clause? The legal system is not known for it's common sense "clearly I meant something else" approach
