Well I passed it back to the agency and said "Fix it".

I suspect several iterations before I'll sign.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

I really think this is a fuss about nothing and not inconsistent at all. Your company supply services to the client, so it's a contract for services. Substitute widgets for services and see if it makes more sense.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Sounds like this is the tip of the iceberg, though, if the Qdos review has found other things as well.

In the past when I've had a review fail, I've sent them the details from Qdos and had the agency change the wording to match what they recommend (or a very similar variant of it).

QDos found a lot wrong with it.

Still nothing from the agency despite numerous chases.

How would you word the flounce?

Word it? I thought a proper flounce had to be done in person? High pitched voice, lots of arm waving ending in you throwing the contract papers in air and walking off making sure you slam the door on the way out to show them you mean it.

Tell the client directly the agency is messing you about?
