Personally, I would forget it and move on.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

Forget expense forms. That's for their employees.

If you have proof that they agreed to reimburse your expenses, send them an invoice (don't forget to add VAT if you're registered) and the tickets as proof. If they don't pay it, it's up to you to pursue it through the usual channels if you can be bothered.

I recently attended an interview for a client and they had agreed to reimburse the travel expenses.
But now even after two reminders I haven't heard from them. I had booked my tickets only after they had confirmed through email that they would reimburse the travel expenses.

What options do I have now to get my money back ?

          Thanks.
What was the outcome of the interview? I assume you chased them AFTER the results of the interview or do you not know yet? Are you sure they didn't say 'we will IF you are successful' ?

            ^This^.

Don't bother trying to pi55 them off with your "you owe me £40" act if you think there's a good chance you could get the gig!

reimbursement confirmation was unconditional (whether made an offer or not). The amount is about £300 quids.
                I have forgotten it now.

Was this for a contract or an employed position? Was it through an agency or direct with the client?

If you haven't sent an invoice, then as many people in the thread have said, send one. Include a copy of the email which says they will pay the expenses, and copies of the tickets if necessary.

Stipulate your payment terms on the invoice, and if they don't pay on time then pursue them through the normal channels for bad debt.
