I've seen more of that lately, particularly in the perm markets, advertising a huge salary range. Typically it will say the client will pay for the right level of experience. Nowadays what that really means is they will pay as little as they can get away with. -

And as this is a public forum which people can find from Google in the first page of search results, if you post openly about a current contract or agent you can find yourself walked or at best reprimanded.
