Go and fight with Programme Manager's for their jobs and get to do even less work for twice the money

As for formatting your CV all well and good, but a job title is a job title and you can spin your CV how you like, if does get difficult when applying for roles if you keep switching around.Comment

Is PM a proper job then? I thought it was a role created for people who juggle a few spreadsheets around and then take credit for the work done by someone else? :-)
