He's trying to wind people up so they get annoyed with him.

It hasn't worked so far, perhaps he'll drop that account and start a new one with another provocative question and see if he can do a better troll that way.

They don't unless there's evidence of a crime that is also a crime under Swiss law. However, they have a problem of rogue employees selling CDs full of customer data to foreign tax offices. The German tax autorities paid a thief 5 million euros for a stolen CD a few years ago then rented it out to other tax authorities for hefty sums. That has inspired other rogue bank employees to do the same. Yes, it's trade in stolen goods, yes it's criminal, yes, the evidence is very very dodgy, and no, nobody can do anything to stop them, so the Swiss are doing deals with the EU to hand over data.
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

Illegal evidence is pretty useless, can't be used against you in court.

It already has been, in NL and DE. Don't be so naive as to think the rule of law applies when a government wants your money.
