    You mentioned £50k perm role is usually a senior manager with many many years of experience.... most senior managers (in finance) wil ask for more than £50k.

      Looks like Tier2 has been capped to only 20700 a year. Doesn't say if that includes or excludes people switching from another visa. I would sincerely hope it includes it.

        One can only stay on the Tier 1 post study for 2 years and it is a non renewable category/....
