I haven't heard of Sunburst (try Google - although you'll probably just get a load of fruity flavoured soft-drinks companies) but I'd go for Bermuda. According to an ex-colleague who used to live there, it's like the best bits of UK and US, without most of the crap bits. And tax-free? Sounds OK to me.

Just make sure you don't have to pay for the expenses to get there...

Bermuda is a fantastic place to live, and is of course tax free with generally very high rates - HOWEVER - the cost of living is astronomically high. For a pub lunch you are looking at around £30, rent on an average apartment looking at £3-4k per month - just to give you an idea, but if you can afford to go I would bite their hands off.
