    Need a template contract, please!

    Hi all,

I really need a template contract and schedule (IR35 proof) that serves between my Ltd and a client directly (no agency involved).

I'm no longer a member of PCG so can't download it from their site.

Does anyone have something they can pop over to me quite urgently?

    Much appreciated!

Why can't you resubscribe to PCG?
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

WHS. Being a member is well worth it for a host of reasons.

Seriously ... I used to believe that contracting required self starters and highly developed individuals, who can work effectively on their own initiative.

Has it just become a free for all, where anyone can do it?

I mean.... Google - "Standard ir-35 compliant contract" - and the link you used is the fourth hit...
