What Lisa says. Your HR should be your first point of contact before getting anyone involved. THey should be able to talk you through the exact process and point out the relavant paragraphs of the paragraph. Speak to them and get a better understanding of your situation first. Most HR groups are not total numpties so will have a good handle on what they are doing to you so ask them firstOriginally posted by LisaContractorUmbrella View PostBefore you go dashing off to consult specialist lawyers - have you actually spoken to the client about this???'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!
