If you haven't already been represented by another agency then this is OK to sign.

You will be free to use another agency if you wish (have not or will not = TRUE || FALSE).

But don't sign this sort of thing if there's an and in there.

There's no problem with exclusivity but you have to manage it, not let the agent dictate it.

In other words, you set the terms. To do this, you need to know who you are dealing with ie a drone or the account manager.

If dealing with a drone, I wouldnt agree to any exclusivity since you may not even get past the account manager.

If you are dealing with the account manager, you should stipulate a maximum period of exclusivity of 72 hours. I saw the OP said 10 day and the agent was 'happy with this.' I bet he was! Such a period virtually ensures any chance of being submitted by another agent is none existent as the client would have likely made their decision by that time.
