What the hell is up with the market (or is it just me)

There seems to a fair number of PM jobs out there; but the request for 'sector experience' seems to have sky rocketed the last time I looked, which was about 1.5 years ago.

I shoot off my CV to basically everything that comes in, with very little call backs. Now I'm thinking of modifying my CV to fit the market requirements

Anyone else find this is the case right now?

I want my account deleted and all of my information removed, I want to invoke my right to be forgotten.

Seconded, I found this really benefitted me when I was looking for a contract and I emphasised the particular skills they were looking for and evidenced them better in my CV.

So what do you mean? You deleted all the stuff they didn't want to see and just put in the stuff they did, as per the spec?

Nope I just placed more emphasis on the stuff they asked for and evidenced it better, i.e if they were asking about MS Team Foundation Server I'd tailor it to say what I used it for and how I used it.

Not quiet as blatant as that, everything should be covered in the list of skills/etc but if they are looking for a particular technology emphasise where you used that more.

No, he just took off anything that might have indicated he was from Wales.

Separates those that get gigs and those that don't.
Not like you don't have time on your hands when you are not in a gig either.
