Spoke to one pimp the other day about a gig down south, but first there was an online test to perform and the interview is with the pimp and not the client.
qh
He had a negative bluety on a quackhandle and was quadraspazzed on a lifeglug.
I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.
In general, I would really love to find a way to rid the Industry of these blood-sucking Parasites (wouldn't we all) that add Yards to the overall Cost.
Personally, I will not deal with any Pimp that speaks with an Indian accent - or, work for Companies like Wipro, Tata, InfoSys etc either i.e. The Bob COs. And, neither will I deal with the OffShore.

Sadly, the old women and 'cant be arsed' worker types who generally populate client HR departments, want an easy life until retirement. And how much easier can it be than to get an agency to shift the hundreds of cv's they get and whittle them down to 10 or 12?
Being pushed for a role that the pimp (one of S3 grp) is blatantly trying to push to a "prospective" client, not on PSL. So vague about rate/length etc.
As a young farm boy from Tattoine once said "No reward is worth this."

Has anyone worked with PremierIT. Ive had a few calls from their agents. They call me up,
tell me about this Investment Banking role in detail (not disclosing the client)
They then say they will email me about it further along with a job description.
However what I get is a request from the agent asking for 2 references.
I then reply back and ask 'Do you have a job description for the role that you described to me?'
They never reply back!
I got a call from a pimp there today. Withheld number, the usual "so we have a role for you, are you available, what were your past rates, what would you be looking for in terms of rates now?" BS.
Told him to send me a spec and I'd call him back to discuss further.
It can be only a matter of hours before Real Time get me a gig with the info. I gave them after retrieving their E-mail from the spam folder.
