    Never had that happen but I have seen another profile on LinkedIn with entire paragraphs pasted in from my own profile!

            Are you sure this is a skillset and not a wishlist?
            An experienced rails developer is expected to know them all and non of them is complicated enough to spend more than few days to master. The days that a developer knows only one or two things has long gone.
