Why not use web conferencing? GoToMeeting or WebEx or something like that?

Thanks for the suggestion. I do plan to do this for some future meetings. However, this inital planning session needs some real face to face time.

The client isn't really up on his tech, so it's going to be an old school record cards and marker pens job!
