    Sounds a great start to contracting, good luck. There are loads of options for the meeting including motorway services, golf clubs, pubs, hotels, restaurants etc.. All the above offer business services these days.

      Thanks for the suggestion. I do plan to do this for some future meetings. However, this inital planning session needs some real face to face time.

      The client isn't really up on his tech, so it's going to be an old school record cards and marker pens job!

        I actually just booked with Regus and I must say that their customer support is pretty damn slick. The call centre girls I spoke with were actually happy and helpful!!!
