My roles at various times revolves around various aspects of ITIL Service Management as well Business Systems Analysis (requirements gathering/analysis, domain modelling etc) because i have competnecy (i indeed holds ITIL v2 Managers Certificate) in both areas.
Can the Forum please advice on the best way to use my various job titles interchangeably without losing credibility with the agents. I currently have two versions of my CV with the roles of Service Delivery Manager in one and Snr Business Systems Analysis in the other (both roles specifed for the same client within the same period) and then use the appropriate CV for the appropriate role. Could this confuse the agents and indeed a potential client ?
