Yikes! Just read the complete job spec. for that one. Madness. And for £10 and hour. Just slightly more than the guy who cleans the bogs. And, of course, you'd be a lot less stressed just cleaning the bogs...

          Step 1.

Advertise role at super low rate. Document no takers from any EU worker.

          Step 2.

Apply for a bunch of work permits, submitting evidence of the appalling "skills shortage" in IT.

          Step 3.

Receive a bunch of work permits and divvy out to your smiling Bobs in India.

          Step 4.

Rent a tulipe but big house and put all the Bobs in there.

          Step 5.

Make a tidy profit and pay yourselves a big fat bonus.

There is a slight flaw in your plan as its below the rate you can bring a bob in at. I'm sure its £35,000 at the moment.

Surely you claim that you are paying them 100K each, bill your big public sector client 100K and then pay your boy from bangalore tuppence?

Just wanted to point out that market seems to have suddenly gone nuts. I have been offered a lot of interviews in the last week and the rates seem to have really gone up. I have also seen roles advertised then re-advertised a week later at a higher rate. These are all really good signs, let's hope the recovery continues, I am starting to regret accepting this role 65 miles away from home when I see so many local roles coming up.

                Anybody else agree?

But that includes allowances, so you can pay them NMW and pass the minimum rate
