You mean your last sponsor employer?Originally posted by Fanny1962 View PostCan you still get SC with another sponsor if your last sponsor employee cancels your SC
That will completely depend on why it was cancelled, but I would expect some searching questions to be asked and wouldn't be surprised if it was rejected."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Or as part of the new vet thy will check if you held SC before - these things don't exist in isolation... They may reject you out of hand, they may not. As I keep saying, clearance is a risk assessment; why you got canned from one might not matter for a different role. Then again, why would they take the risk?Originally posted by cojak View PostYou mean your last sponsor employer?

Because they were discriminating against my disability so I reported it to ACASOriginally posted by cojak View PostYou mean your last sponsor employer?

For SC do you need to declare stuff from youth? Like shop lifting a game at around 15? Can’t remember anything about it and it was 20 years agoComment

Quick answer - yes. Even if you've forgotten the vetting people haven't.Originally posted by ppiper View PostFor SC do you need to declare stuff from youth? Like shop lifting a game at around 15? Can’t remember anything about it and it was 20 years ago

wasn’t sure if it would stay on record, not sure what I got a caution or just a slap on the wrist
could something like that hinder governmental SC?
nothing else would come upComment
