If you want sunny combined with well-paid work then Australia is booming. Unfortunately it is not so close and the visa will be harder to get.Comment

Rates are half what you would get in the UK and prices are about the same as the UK. When I first visited ten years ago it was cheap, cheap, cheap here but that is not the case any more.
