So it's now 2010. Who else is with me on the bench?

I guess I'm on the bench, but have have put 4 solid months of long hours into the "plan B" which really is plan A, staying contracting has been the plan B for the last couple of years to get far enough ahead of the game to be able to do this.
Launching the B soon and changing from Analyst Developer to slick suited salesman
Plan C will be looking for another gig by about March if it curls its toes upComment

Finished at Christmas, taking January off unless something really special comes along. I'm devoting my free time to getting up to speed on iPhone app development in the vague hope that I might be able to make something from that - I fancy a changeComment

yup I'm on the bench too - cold innit?
Was hoping to do something productive, not got around to it yet due to distractions from OH (arguments - which are very demotivating - looks like separation and Divorce are going to be on the cards for this year).
I want to find a plan B - was looking at Oliver Goehler Ebay Auktion Kommando stuff - has anyone tried it?
In the meantime I am selling shares, ISAs, PEPs and other investment funds to pay our way and was trying to do 08/09 Tax Return - I missed the 30 Dec deadline (to have any tax payment collected through next years PAYE) due to not having all dividend statements to hand - there is one fund which I had lost touch with having not notified them of a change of address 6 years ago and now I have 6 years worth of trust accumulations to 'declare' so that will make my tax bill bigger just at the time when I can't afford to pay it as the warchest is not only depleted but we have debts now.
Still, I'm hoping I won't be benched for long - permie jobs are on option now as well. This default font is sooooooooooooo boring and so are short usernamesComment
